Terms and Conditions
Before proceeding to the Reservation Form, please tick the box below to acknowledge that you have read and agree with our Terms and Conditions.

1. Arrival time is strictly between 4p.m. and 6p.m. For arrival outside theses times you must make special prior arrangement. Departure is by 10a.m. on the morning of departure. Please note that booking dates are not inclusive. 2. Strict maximum of persons per apartment and house. 3. Only those persons named on the reservation form are entitled to stay at the accommodation. 4. The person who signs the Reservation Form or submits it electronically accepts responsibility for ensuring that members of his/her party comply fully with the Terms and Conditions of rental. 5. No trade, business or profession is to be operated from the accommodation. 6. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Weekend and midweek bookings must be paid for at the time of reservation. 7. The full balance of rental is payable six weeks prior to arrival. Failure to pay by that date could lead to automatic cancellation of reservation. 8. In the event of cancellation within the six weeks period the full payment is forfeited unless the apartment is re-let. 9. Utilities to include power, heat and bed linen are charged at the domestic rate. 10. Clients are responsible for damage to the accommodation or equipment therein, other than normal wear and tear. The proprietors reserve the right to deduct the cost of such damages from the credit card supplied. 11. The accommodation and its contents must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Failure to do so will incur a cleaning charge of €30 deductible from your credit card. 12. No undue noise or disturbance of neighbouring tenants.
